Karissa Overholt Transitions to Operations Manager at Gateway CERH Strengthening Commitment to Rural Community Health and Well-Being

On Friday, March 27, 2026, Karissa Overholt officially transitioned to Operations Manager with Gateway Centre of Excellence in Rural Health (CERH).


Having been a valued member of the Gateway CERH team for the past three years, Karissa has contributed to a variety of roles, demonstrating a strong commitment to advancing rural health initiatives and supporting community driven programs. Throughout this time, she has played an integral role in the growth and success of several key projects, building meaningful relationships across our local communities, and consistently contributing to the Gateway CERHs mission.


In her role as Operations Manager, Karissa will oversee day-to-day operations, support the continued development of programs, and help strengthen partnerships that enhance rural health and community well-being.

Karissa’s role transition reflects Gateway CERH’s commitment to fostering growth from within and recognizing individuals who are deeply invested in the success of rural communities. Gateway CERH looks forward to the continued impact of her leadership in this new capacity.
