On Wednesday, March 18, 2026, Gateway Centre of Excellence in Rural Health (CERH) presented at the Goderich Legion on “Travel and Technology,” exploring how digital tools are transforming the way we plan, navigate, and experience travel. Following the presentation, the Gateway CERH team spent time providing one-on-one tech support, assisting community members with devices, software, and other digital questions.
Looking ahead, Gateway CERH will return next Wednesday, March 25, at 9AM with a session titled “So… What is AI, Anyway?” This presentation will break down artificial intelligence, explain how it’s shaping our world, and explore practical applications for everyday life. The presentation will begin at 9AM with tech support to follow from 10AM to 12PM.
In addition, Gateway CERH will be at the Goderich Legion every Wednesday from 10AM to 12PM to provide ongoing tech support and guidance. Community members are encouraged to drop by for help with devices, software, or learning new technology skills.
Gateway CERH thanks everyone who attended this week’s session and looks forward to continuing these opportunities to support digital learning and engagement in the community.
