From 1978 to 2001, Dan owned and operated his own retail pharmacy in Goderich, and from 2001 to 2013, and was dispensary manager of the Rexall Pharmacy in Goderich. In Dan's time not spent at Gateway CERH, Dan enjoys cottaging and flying his own airplane.
