On December 1, 2025, the team at Gateway Centre of Excellence in Rural Health (CERH) had the pleasure of visiting Goderich Zehrs to receive a generous donation of $500 from Store Manager Jim Bissett. This contribution is part of Zehrs’ longstanding support of Gateway CERH and its mission to enhance health, connection, and care across rural communities.
Over the years, Goderich Zehrs has consistently demonstrated a commitment to improving the well-being of individuals and families in our region. This most recent donation will help Gateway CERH continue delivering research, programs, and services that make a meaningful difference in the lives of rural residents.
Dan Stringer, Board Chair of Gateway CERH, emphasized the importance of community partnerships in advancing rural health initiatives. "Their support allows us to continue research, services, and expand opportunities for those who rely on us. This contribution will directly support Gateway CERH in advancing our work and creating meaningful, lasting impact across our rural community."
Gateway CERH extends heartfelt thanks to Goderich Zehrs and all of its community partners. Contributions like this allow Gateway CERH to strengthen access to care, build connections, and continue building healthier, stronger rural communities.
