National Farmer Mental Health Alliance Invites Farmers to Test the Be Farm Well App

The National Farmer Mental Health Alliance invites you to participate in an in-person testing session for the Be Farm Well app.
This initiative is developed under the National Farmer Mental Health Alliance (NFMHA) umbrella and is part of the Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada Producer Mental Wellbeing Initiative competition, where it has been recognized as a semi-finalist project.
The session provides farmers and farm family members an opportunity to explore this new wellness platform designed specifically for agriculture and to share feedback that will help shape its ongoing development.

About the App
The Be Farm Well app has been created to ensure that every farmer has access to wellness supports, regardless of geographic location or barriers to care. The platform offers practical, agriculture-focused mental health and wellness resources, including:
Webinars and micro-learning modules on topics such as farm succession planning, communication, and foundational mental health
Podcasts and audio blog content
Guided tools and reflective practices, including journaling exercises
Participant Appreciation
Participants will receive a $50 thank-you gift card or may choose to have a donation made in their name to Three Oaks Cabin. Refreshments will also be provided.
