Discovery Healthcare Camp
Discovery Healthcare Camp is a week-long immersive summer camp experience designed to engage and mentor high school students to consider healthcare career opportunities available to them, learn basic clinical skills and have fun!
Camp Dates and Locations:
July 8th-12th, 2024 (Goderich, Sarnia, St.Thomas & Chatham)
July 15th-19th, 2024 (Stratford, Owen Sound, Windsor & Woodstock)

Target Age: Grades 9-12
Cost: $325.00 (plus tax)
Previous Years
Our team has been working on a few projects to engage youth in the wider community by providing experiences to foster interest in healthcare careers. These are wonderful opportunities for youth. We have recently completed a second year acting as a community partner of the Discovery Healthcare Camp in Goderich. This program is facilitated by 1st and 2nd-year medical students from Western University, Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry with support from the Office of Distributed Education.
