Elizabeth’s career with Georgian college spans 27 years serving as faculty, Program Coordinator, Associate Dean and Acting Dean of Health and Wellness. Besides being a Registered Nurse with a BScN degree, she has displayed ongoing professional learning, pursuing her Masters in Nursing in 1999, her PhD in 2009. She has played a pivotal role in the development and implementation of the Caring Curriculum. She was instrumental in the curriculum writing process for the Nursing, Practical Nursing, Massage Therapy and Esthetician programs and has been involved with numerous Ministry accreditations to date. Currently she is involved with the PN to BScN Program Accreditation between Georgian College, Durham College and UOIT. In her retirement she is pursuing teaching once again as well as being involved with curriculum development for our upcoming Acupuncture program. Her vision and experience have been instrumental to the leadership in the School of Health and Wellness.
